Wow, that is absolutely frightening.
P22NE1 is a MOSFET, IRL540 is a good replacement.
K50 103M is not a transistor, it's a cap, 0.01uF ceramic.
The carbon scoring on the board will need to be properly addressed as well, or you will have further component failure.

That is an STP22NE10L "ST" for ST Microelectronics, the manufacturer. The "0L" is carried over onto the next line.
As Rob said -- go to an IRL540 (or IRL540N). Don't use an IRF540!
The 0.01uF capacitors are transistor gate 'slew rate limiters" which prolong the lifespan of the MOSFET transistors. Sadly, some of the replacement board manufacturers cheaped out and didn't include these.

I fixed one problem but seem to have caused another. Trying to do it on the cheap but may have to get a replacement board.
