Last night at our weekly tournament I experienced some new strange behavior from ST.

The first problem was that a player went up to play their turn, and the game would not serve up a ball from the trough and the flippers wouldn't flip at all. According to the display, it was that player's turn. I reset the machine and the game worked fine again for a few games until:

Next, the game went to bonus in the middle of a player's turn, and then exhibited the same problem from above for the next player, where it would not serve up a ball and the flippers wouldn't flip.

Another new problem is that sometimes when you hit the Vengeance shot to start Vengeance 1, it will hold the ball and then almost immediately give you credit for hitting that ball and begin your 3-ball vengeance. It also dropped the ball and began multiball at the start of Kobayashi instead of waiting until after displaying the badge awards.
