Stern, 2013Occasionally this happens in multiplayer games
1. Player A loses ball
2. Player B steps up to play, but there is no ball in the shooter lane and the flippers don't work.
If I manually the ball that should have been served up from the trough and drain it, it ends that ball for Player B and moves on to the next ball for Player A.
Trough issue?
Sounds like it. Reseat those connectors and see if that fixes things. You may have some cold solder joints too.
