Updating from previous post. I have had the board professionally rebuilt, and I rebuilt the female connectors myself. My current wiring config is pictured below. The game boots up and EVERYTHING works perfectly except for the wheel, and some backbox lights. The game displays 'Wheel Error' on boot up, then goes into attract mode. If I run the wheel test, it shows the error pictured below. If I manually spin the wheel during wheel test, the color shown in the upper right hand corner changes, so the opto appears to be reading something, which is better than before the rebuild. Wheel does not spin at any time. I'm at a loss...
