My PZ has an issue with the Direction of the Captain

As soon as you turn the game on the motor turns far right toward the VUK/Robotic Comic

I pulled the motor control board and tested all the TIP102/TIP107 and all tested good
Nothing feels hot to the board

Maybe IC ?? But cool to the touch

Anyone ever had this happen or possible solution to correcting this on PZ

It’s a red board very clean looking no hacks etc

Replaced the IC

No change

Any ideas what else
Controls the head ?
