We've recently sold a PinBot to a customer in the Los Angeles area. The game was fully went through/bulletproofed before it left our store. However has developed two problems in transit.
We would be willing to pay someone for their tech service skill and make a service call to the customer and get him back up and running 100%. I don't think either of these issues will be that hard to fix for someone skilled with working on solid state pinballs.
