I'm in Tucson, but far from an expert. Mostly trial and error repair. I had a disco fever and world cup - both same error as time warp, both had knocker lock on problems.

I fixed one by reseating all the pin connectors and ICs carefullly. The other actually had a burnt out coil, not the knocker coil, that I had to replace both the coil and associated transistor to fix the issue.
