Check the shooter lane switch, on my Sega's, if it doesn't detect a ball in the lane (after it knows it ejected one), then it will auto shoot it. Make sure you test the switch with a pinball. My Star Wars Trilogy did this to me, and I just needed to adjust the wire a slight amount. Good luck!
