I had BIH error as well... game would play fine regardless. Took the glove plastic off and found the wires were disconnected from the switch. Easy solder job and now the problem is intermittent. I think there may be a short in the switch wires. I'm wondering about buying the wire you have there -- assuming it's not the actual switch. In test mode, I hold a ball in the glove and sometimes get the switch to fire but when I pinch the cable in certain spots, it's 100% reliable.
