Was playing a game and bottom GI string #5 White Violet / Violet went out. Fuse 106 is good. There is no voltage at J-121-6,11 or J-119-1,3(coin door GI, same string). There is continuity from the triac to the GI connector.

Is this likely the triac BT138E / part #5131-12725-00?

If not, what else should I be looking for?

I appreciate any help you can provide.
