Did you get this fixed? I have the same issue with an MCI ACE I bought and the hits only register about 1/2 way between the planes so it is way off. I don't see what could make it that bad.

For future reference I found the small mirror is supposed to have 3 screws on it that can be loosened or tightened to move the direction the small mirror is pointing. Adjusting the screws is how it gets aligned.
