Bally, 1992Hey folks, I recently just purchased a CFTBL and I don't like the pivot point where the flippers rotate. The flippers are just a bit too low. I don't mean rotated too much, I mean the rotation point is a bit too low. Is there a little leeway in this kind of thing? Can I correct it? Tips? I'd say, I'd want to move it up (as in toward the back of the playfield) about 1/4 inch.
i'm happy with the angle of the flippers already. What you are suggesting will only change their rotation, correct? I want to change the pivot point that it rotates on to be slighly further up.
aha, I do have a flipper rebuild kit here. Perhaps that's what's needed to get this one at the spot. Thanks for the suggestion.
Hmm, I don't remember there being a plastic bushing. I'll have to look again. Perhaps that is the issue.
