Occasionally the displays come on immediately and the game doesn't boot. This happens maybe 1 in 10 times. If i turn the game off and back on it generally will boot, sometimes it takes 2-3 cycles. There is no battery corrosion. I have steady +5 VDC & -12 VDC on MPU board. All ground mods have been done. Slam switch mod (Jumper @ C2) has been done. Reset section has been rebuilt. Game has the factory reset revision for longer reset. Note: I do not get -12VDC at TC1 pin 14 when game is turned on. Immediately get +5 VDC.

I am not sure what else to look at. Any suggestions?
