Smells like you have one of the WPC95 prototype Jackbots. Please check. If so, I wonder if it will run with the 1.0R ROM.

I have run some test, and the 1.0R ROM can (!) run on the WPC95 architecture. At least it passes the security chip verification (not showing the error reported here).
I do not wish to promise too much. But I will assume that the game will run too. Maybe with reduced functionality (fewer flashlamps and different GI control like solid lit backbox), due to the reduced WPC95 platform. This is speculation on my part. The manual will be of no help as all I/O documentation is for the WPC-S platform.
The good news is that it seems to work with the software and that you have aquired a rare and historic game. And that it will run with a standard security chip.
The error you see is either a) bad security chip, b) a bad ASCI or c) a problem on the CPU board.
Troubleshoot using a security chip from another game. This should come up a "incorrect G10" (and show the serial no) and not "error G10". If so, you Jackbot chip is the culpit.
