Have gone through and cleaned all relays and score motor contacts. Ax and Bx appear to be adjusted correctly. The game will go through the reset sequence and Ax will reset but the score motor continues to run. The F relay (drop target score) will pulse on and off with the score motor turning after Ax has reset.

Coin unit steps correctly as well as bonus unit at start of game. Z1 and Z2 are adjusted correctly, top contacts are closed after score reels reset to zero.

The target bank and sequence bank relays are never energized and do not reset at the start of a game. Fuses are good. What I did see was the U relay (1st ball) is dropping out just before the P relay (add player). If I hold the U relay in for a second when starting a game the banks are energized and do reset.

The sequence bank contacts are adjusted properly as well as the drop target contacts.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
