Working with a customer game had several issues. It reported errors on 2 bumper switches that need examining. checked adjusted them and game plays fine but errors return. Most other games will flag a switch as needing to be checked or adjusted, never seen examined. All bumpers work fine in gameplay/test but error returns. Is a software update needed for this? Thanks in advance!. JR
Go into switch test. Make sure all switches (with a ball). If all good, hit the "Credit" button and the error count will reset to zero.
The "Examine" message just means the ratio of hits to the bumper is low. I'm betting one of the bumpers has a loose wire and the switch will not work. It may appear that the game is working, but one may be a dud.

Found the issue... Gate was sticking that was the entrance to bumper area. Often ball would hit only top bumper and come back out causing errors. Thanks for the help!
