Could be a bad transistor Q7 on the flipperboard.
Does "left flipper" disappear when CN1 on the flipperboard is unplugged ?

Yes, very interesting. I can watch that for hours.

The logic on flipperboard splits into a drive for the switch-matrix and a drive for the coil with High+Low power.
If for example the transistor for switch-matrix is shorted, the flipper and LED do still work.

It is most likely Q7 but maybe you can measure first for a short between CN1-5 and CN1-4 ( e to c of Q7)
You can compare with Q5 which is for switch "right flipper".
