Baywatch Sega, 1995

Recently picked up my first Sega (Baywatch), and didn't notice the Shark flipper wasn't staying up. Turns out someone had removed component SR1 - the S660 SCR AND the heat sink. The manual calls the chip out as an S2800B, but I cannot find any documentation on the heat sink. Any old dead boards out there?

Seems S2800B's are also hard to find (I pm'd pinsider agodfrey), so I'm looking for a replacement, and rpg posts reference the NTE 5463. Can anyone confirm it is a proper replacement?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

You can buy a brand new universal "rotten dog" for $90+ At one point you need to value your time to repair vs. plug and play and get back to playing. You can always fix the board later and sell it.

Heatsink = Aavid 563002B00000G (often just referred to as 563002)
Plus heat sink compound or gasket at about 20 cents.

S2800B SCR = standard 10 amp SCR. Not many people make 10 amp versions anymore but can use a better 12 amp version such as an On Semiconductor MCR12MG, MCR12DG or MCR12NG.

Less than $2 worth of parts

Exactly what Im looking for. Would rather repair than replace. Thank you.
