    Hello All

    New to Chicago Coin EMs

I have a juke box pin that plays great

But it always stays on ball 1

If you have 1-4 players still only stays in player 1 unlimited balls

It scores fine and counts down when you loose the ball - balls renters the shooter lane and you just keep going

    Any ideas where to start

    Thank you all

Start by looking at the Ball Count unit and Player Control units. Do they try to work, and do they work when you activate them manually?

    Hi

    Funny you mention this

If I manually move the player unit the score will start moving on the player up

Ball count I can move and the light changes from 1-5 but never changes the games

    Always plays 1 ball forever
When I loose the ball - bonus count down ball back into shooter lane

I'd try to troubleshoot the issue with the ball count unit by starting a 1-player game first. You'll need to check the circuit that sends power to the ball count step up coil (solenoid). Check the following:

Out hole relay switch - green wire and grey/yellow wire
Ball Index relay switch - grey/yellow wire and yellow/red wire
Extra ball relay switch - yellow/red wire and red/yellow wire
Score motor switch A-4 - red/yellow wire and green/orange wire
Coin unit wiper switch position 1 - green/orange wire
    Circuit fuse - black/blue wire

Check these switches to make sure they are clean and adjusted properly. Coin unit wiper switch should be centered on the position 1 switch. Check the circuit fuse to make sure it is fully seated in the fuse block; check to see if the fuse is good...

    Sorry for delay

This game appears very clean with its workings I am still digging

My goal is to get it working properly

Worst case my kids love it as it sits

They never loose lol - see how that flies in a tournament
