Finishing up shopping a Demo Man and everything is now perfect except one prob. About 1 in 3 balls that go in trough just sit there? I need to look closer with apron off but it looks like there is no adjustment. I have game pretty high in back and I think its level left to right. What would cause this. Heard about dimples in trough on DE pins but this one is new for me...

Adjust the switch to make sure it is triggered when the ball sits on it.

the trough will get divots in it that will stop the balls from rolling...if its not too bad you can clean it up with a dremel...if its deep then there is an insert You can install(I will try to find the link)

Its when the ball first enters trough. Its kind of a flat metal area with no switches then the balls roll right. I have new ball trough boards too Sometimes on other pins I have found a small washer or lost LED in there that puzzles you until you look for it.

Divots on the V groove at the bottom, or the balls are magnetized.

Yup I bet it's divots in the trough , unless you added a washer to one off the screws when reattaching it

Balls are new so I'll double check everything

Get the top one. I have seen similar plastic ones on pinbits I think.

New doesn't mean they aren't magnetized.
