Jersey Jack, 20172 of my 3 drones are not spinning. I’ve gone into the coils setting and tested there as well. I’ve put in 2 JJP service tickets and 1 call to voicemail in the last week, no response yet from JJP. Any tips or ideas on next steps?

This was discussed in the DI owners thread. I think it’s either the motors are dead or the boards in the drones need to have the solder reflowed.

Try to rotate one after another by hand. If it starts spinning again for a short while, you got the fault one. Solder a new one in and it will work again. It's easier If you got two New ones from jjp anyway...
