Out for now, at least til the company is reorganized without Phil and has direction. Right now - today - Phil is still a principal of the company... one third owner of DPUSA, and based on this morning's email, there is obvious internal conflict WRT payments, refunds and access to the paypal account.
If one side or the other lawyers up, this could get ugly, and real slow. I'll wait for all that to be sorted out, then decide. Why tie up $6500 (due by Jan 1) of my cash in this fight?
