Fish Tales has more depth and staying power. Taxi is a fantastic, unique game - with a great concept and artwork.
I'd go with Fish Tales in a smaller home collection - but take Taxi in a big home collection.

That being said, I missed Taxi so much I bought another one. Lol. There's something about it that I personally like more than just about any pin. The concept, artwork, music/SFX and simple rule set - that is extremely hard to master. Keeps me coming back. Easy to play a few games in a short amount of time, too. If you already have a few 90's Bally/Williams DMD's, Taxi is a perfect addition (sort of a "palette cleanser") to those.
