You need to measure the 5, -12 and 12 volts on the power supply when first turn on the game. Can you report the voltages please?
Need to see if it is a voltage problem first.
What all did you do to "rebuild" the power supply?

No. Can't be the power switch if there is some life when you turn on the game.
Capacitors are one reason power supplies fail, but need to know what the voltages are to determine where to go next.
Quoted from lu505:So if blanking is a issue replace U43, Q50 and C58. ill do some probing tonight and give some more info into what I find.
Slow down. Start with measuring the voltagea before worrying about a next step.
The capacitor in that circuit is the most common failure.
