Taxi
Williams, 1988I recently acquired a Taxi pin which plays great except for one issue. When I shot the Gorbie passenger shot the ball doesn't loop around behind the CAB lanes and down into the Santa/Joyride hole; there's a metal panel that stays down left of the CAB lanes and bounces the ball back. I don't know if it was put there by mistake, or if there is a technical problem that should open that panel to allow the ball to make the shot. Any help would be great.
I just went thru this same thing with my Taxi. The gorbie shot couldn't be made. It turned out that there was a small coil under the PF that is connected by a spring to the flap to raise it so you can pick up gorbie. That coil is activated by the sw on the wire gate right by the "b" rollover sw of the C. A. B. rollover sw's. On mine the spring had become disconnected. It could be that, or your wire gate sw might not be registoring. Hope this helps.
