Correct. You cannot have both the start button and the launch button artwork lined up. It's one or the other. Just like MB, the artwork is off center a bit. It is how it was made originally as well. Look at any HUO game and see.

I suppose you could fill the start button hole and re-drill it in a location that aligns with the artwork

HS2 sucks too. Basically impossible to line up the shifter around the red outline, while not cutting off the word "Getaway" under the coin door.
