My friends are just glad I have some classic 80s pins that they grew up with. They don't understand "shopping out" and other things about the pinball hobby, nor do they care. They just want to get a drink on and play some pinball.

You nailed it. I have a friend who said "Oh, I thought you were just supposed to keep the ball from going between the flippers, I had no idea there were objectives."
