I haven't played the game enough to thoroughly know its ins and outs, but I've heard so many times that TOTAN is a decent game that would be GREAT if the code had been finished.
What exactly is wrong with code, and are the problems truly so severe, that the game isn't worthy of being in a collection? (A collection that gets PLAYED; not just looked upon.)
Discuss.
