If the power supply, after it has warmed up, allows you to boot the game then I'd suggest either recapping the power supply or just replacing it. I had the same issue on my Baywatch and replaced the power driver board which solved the problem. Here's a link: https://www.marcospecialties.com/pinball-parts/520-5047-00
