Tales from the Crypt

I am considering buying tales from the crypt, though the v.4.0 software from http://www.pinballcode.com/downloads/ is what I was hoping to run. How hard is it to upgrade the roms? Does anyone have the tool to make the chips with this code?
You'll need Game ROM and Display ROM.
You need a ROM Burner and know how to use it.
