Here are a few of my "vintage pix" from when I was a young Jeeper....
1952 M38-A1 and a 1971 Jeepster Commando...both with homemade "custom" paint.

And here we see the evolution of a "Jeephead"...
35 years ago...then 3 weeks ago....
Less hair...more Jeep....apparently the same amount of common sense......

Quoted from RobT:

Great, thanks for the heads up on that one. Will have to keep that tire in mind when I upgrade to 35's.

I also have 35" Nitto Mud Grapplers on my Unlimited. I like them on and off the road, so far.
I did get stuck once, but it was thru no fault of the tires. We were driving thru a "dry" lakebed and broke thru the frozen crust....we sunk immediately (note the docks in the background)..
2 tow trucks, 4 guys and a hefty hit on my MasterCard got us home by dinner!!
(PS if you have not gotten stuck, you have not really been 4 wheeling!)

Quoted from Pugsley:

Can I join the club? All the other Jeeps say things about me behind my back.... mostly cause I had to drag them out form where they were stuck!

is it a Kaiser? with the "whistler" turbo?
