I totally get the frustration in dropping $5-8k on a NIB pin with buggy code. Or maybe I don't, since I would never do that. Anyway, if you want a pin that is coded perfectly from day one, Stern will either have to hire more developers and more software testers, or use their existing resources to extend the code stabilization phase. Either option equates to greater cost for them, and then us.
