Take Five passing all tests, but still not starting

I have a Take Five pinball machine that was verified working. It then stopped being able to play, with the ball stuck in the out hole kicker but otherwise all indications say it is ready to start.

Went through test modes 1-9, passed with flying colors. All voltages measure correctly.

All indications from test modes state this machine should fire right up.

Any suggestions or ideas, at this point I have no more directions to head.

Can't remember, is there a switch in the shooter lane? Is it working? I seem to remember mine not working because the shooter lane switch needed to be adjusted.
Also, try and put the ball in the trough and start it.
