I picked up an Ice Cold beer that blowing a fuse F1. I swapped out the BR, picked up a switching PS , still no luck. I think it's definitely board side related because it only happens when PCB is attached (switching PS will not some on with PCB attached). I swapped out the VR and metered as best as I can and no luck. I think it's time to send it off.
