Taito Ice Cold Beer isn't a pinball, but I can stretch it a bit.

I repaired an ICB MPU for a fellow PinSider and was testing it 100% when I noticed that it wouldn't light the "Star" on the info panel. The reason is evident in the picture below. The bottom board in the pic works 100%. The top board won't light the star. Can you find the difference/problem?

Bingo.
Stuffed wrong from the factory, a resistor was stuffed where a ferrite bead should have been stuffed. This board has NEVER been able to light the star. Good eye Andrew. I found it after tracing the circuit.
