Hi.

Picked up a tag team pinball and the flippers don't work. The trough works but coils are weak.

I have checked fuses and broken wires. Already replaced the bad fuses. Any ideas?

Have you checked the voltages? Connectors? cabinet flipper switches?

Yeah it's the cabinet flipper switches that don't work.

I have not checked the voltages. How would I do that? I do have a multimeter. Thanks

Anyone?

Coils are weak? Do your flippers work at all? I'm not sure what you're asking..

The flippers don't work at all. The left one sometimes slowly ties to raise. The coils under the trough are slow and weak.

Put your negative lead on the ground braid, positive on a coil lug of a flipper. DC setting. When you hit the flipper button, it should jump to I think 70v.
Do you have a manual for the machine? Trace back to the board where the flipper coil/trough coil attach via a molex connector, check for voltage at the board. It sounds like they're probably on the same connector. You probably need to reseat them.
