Quoted from Turtle85:Hello from Greece,
The upper left flipper of my TAF has been very sluggish and not working properly. I checked the conductivity from the coil and EOS to the Flipper circuit board (which appears good) and then rebuilt flipper with new coil. After rebuilding flipper, it worked properly for a few minutes, then did the same thing. Any suggestions on what might be the issue.
Thanks.
Assuming your new coil had a fresh coil sleeve in it already. If not, then replace the sleeve. Also replace the flipper bushing, they can be cracked and interfere with flipper motion. Also also make sure the switch is on good shape and opens only in the final eighth inch of solenoid travel.
