If you disconnected J205 from the CPU and Switch 65 is still registering on/off, then you have a CPU issue. Otherwise it could be a grounded or broken wire somewhere or faulty siwtch. I just dealt with something similar and had a pinched wire. Maybe check continuity from cpu down the line
