Since you have to replace rubbers as well, I would start from the Front side of the play field. There are some GI/controlled lights that you can not get to from under the playfield (red curtain plastic on the left comes to mind, plus pop-bumpers). You have to pull some plastics anyway to replace the rubbers. By doing so, you can get to some of the lights at the same time. Good time to clean the play filed. Yes, I would go ahead and pull the ramp. You dont need to do a full tear down. Just work in sections, take pictures, and put items in baggies. Once you have complete the topside, then perform the work on the underside.
