Does anyone know if there is a (blued) metal flap replacement for this ramp?

Martin has them. Rivet kits too.
LTG : )™
The ones at pinbits are stainless steel (non-blued). This is the style used in later games and look good IMO. Or you could blue them.
Quoted from apc7654:Do you know how to blue metal?
You can buy gun metal blue (a liquid that you apply to the metal--be sure and clean the flaps with alcohol first) at any gun shop or most sporting goods stores.
Wear latex gloves while you're cleaning/blueing since the oil from your fingers will mess up the process.
Just watched a YouTube video on bluing. I think I'm just going to re-blue the existing flap. Looks relatively easy. The existing flap has started to rust, and the kit comes with blue and rust remover.
It's best to remove the ramp and then blue it. If you do try it with the ramp installed use a paper towel and slide it between the ramp flap and plastic to capture any liquid trapped in there. Compressed air also helps. If you don't that area will rust heavily. You would be amazed how much liquid can get trapped in that area.
I bought the Birchwood Casey Gun Bluing kit from Gander Mountain ($15), removed the flap from the ramp, and blued the flap. Riveted it back onto the ramp,,,it came out perfect. Done.
Just a follow up. Pinrestore sells bluing liquid for $8 for an 4oz bottle.

I had these remade in blue steel and laser cut. Email me if you need a set. I had a few extra sets made.
Thanks

Skins,,,, thanks for the info. Apparently after adding in the shipping cost, it comes out to $15. But, this is a good website for supplies, thanks!
I started out with cold bluing on the first few games I had that needed new flaps. I make my own ramp flaps now. I bought some blued spring steel from McMaster Carr and a metal hole punch from Harbor Freight. Trace the old one on the new steel, punch the 1/8" rivet holes, cut with shears and smooth the edges with a benchtop grinder. Some flaps have the side cutouts for the ramp screws. You just change the die size (1/4" I think) in the punch for the hole and then cut in from the sides with the shears.
