Yeah. He is a little oversized and cartoonish so doesn't match the rest of the artwork, but I didn't feel like paying $100 for Lester/Fester.
IMHO The Fester Mod looks kind of cartoonish too...but both look good.
Plus Pugsley deserves to be in the chair for wanting too much money for his likeness in the Pinball Arcade game
Quoted from Foo:Cute.... but Fester belongs in the chair.
Paying as much as you did for a TAF and not dropping $100 on a Fester is like buying a new car and not getting floor mats.
Well to be honest, if TAF is based off the movie, only Pugsley ever got in the chair.

You beat me to it, but he is right. Pugsley was the character in the chair in the movie.
From IMDB
[Wednesday is hooking up an electric chair]
Wednesday: Pugsley, sit in the chair.
Pugsley: Why?
Wednesday: So we can play a game.
Pugsley: What game?
Wednesday: [strapping him in] It's called, "Is There a God?"
Morticia: Children, what are you doing?
Wednesday: I'm going to electrocute him.
Morticia: But we're late for the charity auction.
Wednesday: But, Mother...
Morticia: I said no.
Pugsley: Pleeaaaase?
Morticia: Oh, all right.
wonder if epoxy or rubber cement or super glue would work better then that big strap.
looks neat tho
3M makes some really nice double sided mounting tape that won't mar or damage the surface, will release nicely when you're done, and will likely hold through a tornado that you might want to look into. You can get it at most any hardware store.
Good suggestions, guys. I figured the zip tie kind of makes it look like he's strapped in and isn't even that noticeable since his shorts are black.
I had thought about some kind of adhesive or tape, but he's really not making contact with the seat of the chair since his ass is so wide, so it might be difficult.
I don't know if I'll keep it, but it stays for now

you might have to get out the little dremel and modify his rump! would sit nicely in there with some epoxy or tape I bet
