I know there's a few more than this picture along with the bugs. I put the bugs under some the ramp support screws since there's bug sprayer on the plastic back there. I put the bush top near the ramp drop by the Thing flipper on the top of the tapered post. But these look like they were never used anywhere either. Is there a reason for these that never made production games?

I don't know exactly where these were supposed to go, but they look like the mausoleum where Wednesday goes to hide. They find her sleeping in there. Wednesday sleeping made it to the production plastics, I assume that these were meant to go somewhere around the cemetery.

Those are cool. I have never seen them before.
Would love to know just what they were going to fit around.
I agree that the Cemetery is the most likely suspect.
What size are they? Hard to tell from just the photo on the white background.

i have asked many times about the placement of these extras and never once have I gotten a solid answer. Some folks have an idea and tried to desribe but no one is sure.

Never used in the game, similar to the 'Lost Plastic' on IJ. But these (and the extra bugs) come as part of the full plastics set.

anyone have a set of these extras they are willing to part with? Would love to pick them up

I did, I'll look. I do not believe they will work in a production game.

yes, i think taylorVA is right. I seem to remember the last rendition of the plastic ramps killed off the use of these plastics.

Interesting. Thanks for all the insight on this everyone. So apparently the below is the answer right from the man himself.
From Oscar on RGP:

The Plastics with the numbers 31-1664-20, 31-1664-22, 31-1664-32 are
not used on the playfield.
I contacted Pat Lawlor about this a long time ago and this was what he
told me:

The plastics in your picture were originally intended as
representation of
the Addams family Crypt. They were going to be assembled and placed
over a
shot thru them. The large piece with the hole on its left side had
the
family motto on it. That piece was reworked and used elsewhere. All
of
this is due to the fact that plastics are released far ahead of
actual
production and things change before we actually start assembly. In
this
case I just didn't use those pieces and they become historical
oddities.

I bought this set some time ago trying to figure out where it would fit the best.

When searching the net I found the same answers as you dmacy, it was made to go somewhere... but in the PF mounting process it was removed. And no one can really gives a good answer as where it was supposed to go.

I wanted to try figure it out myself since I think the pieces are cool.

So I made some alloy fittings and mounted them together with dubble sided tape just so I could move it arround and figure it out, then later I'm making permanent brackets.

Now I need some opinions on where of the two places on the PF are the best...
This is what I came up with...

No wonder they tok it out of the game

Still think the pieces are awesome. But now I don't know if I wanna waste my time on it anymore.

Will the big hole fit over the left plastic ramp?

That was my first idea. It fits but looks stange hanging over the staircase and not over the graveyard area I think.

That is where your imagineering skills come in.
