Okay, when I turned it on it said check fuses F114 and F115 (F114 +18v lamp matrix 8A,NB) (F115 +12v switch matrix 3/4A,SB) these are on the Power Board. I pulled them and checked them the OHM did not go all the way to zero it stopped at about 2 on both fuses. I tried putting them back in and turning it on got the same message, then the dot matrix just went to one line of dots at the bottom. Any info will help, I'm just learning how to work on a pinball machine. Thanks, Sarah
I know this is thrown around alot but check your bridge rectifiers . Sometimes a pin will throw this error when one goes bad . It's not always the answer but its good to check . Also try pulling and resetting your plugs and cables to the boards . Hope this is a start

Set it to diode test. You should get a voltage reading in one direction but not the other (swapping the leads). http://www.circuitstoday.com/how-to-test-a-diode
