Can TAF magnet burn occur with normal play or does it only happen when a magnet locks on?
Was wondering if I should turn off the magnets for normal play when the kids/family are over.
I do have the inline fuses from Pinball Life
Please LMK your thoughts
Thanks

I believe it will only happen when the magnets lock on. I have had my TAF for a while now and have had no burn with normal play. You should be fine with the inline fuses for the magnets so I wouldn't worry at all.

The only thing I keep an eye on when having kids over is them leaving a ball sitting in the shooter lane when distracted. It fries my ass when I come into the pinball room and see 3 games running with balls in the shooter lane and no one playing them.

Magnet fuses are there to eleminate the chance of burn and I have not heard of anyone suffering from burn with the fuses installed. Aaand, Seance mode is one of the coolest in Pinball. Seeing the reaction on peoples faces when that ball whips around is priceless...

have a great BBQ
