Hi all,

I am new to pinball and have an #AdamsFamily. I have a technical issue I was hoping you more experienced pinballers can help with.

When I have 2 balls locked ahead of the jackpot feature the 3rd and final ball when it is ejected into the ball shooter lane, it's shoots out, hits the metal plate and goes straight back into the trough. It keeps doing this for several attempts before sometimes finally settling in place. Even then after I shoot the ball you can hear a noise like it's trying to eject the ball still.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Thanks in advance

There is a metal guide that is part of the eject area which is designed to angle the ball into the shooter lane. Over time, this can get bent upward and cause the problem you’re seeing.

It’s extremely likely that you can fix this issue by just bending the metal guide back down (towards you, the player). You can just use your hand, no tool needed. This helps angle the ball over and down towards the shooter rod.

Sorry, I tried to explain that without a pic. Did that help?
