If you want, you can go into the menus and set the GC score to whatever you want. It won't have your initials next to it, but it can be your score, rounded to the nearest million.

It's what I did when I reset my game back to normal from the PAPA tournament setup I had it in for a month or so. I set everything back to normal(posts, magnets, extra balls, etc.), reset the scores, and re-input my high score from before the setup change.

Yep B/W resets them all together, I think newer Sterns don't do the GC though but don't quote me on that, but I believe my Ac/DC didn't.

There is a setting the menus on most B/W games for an automatic H.S.T.D. reset after a certain number of plays. This will reset all the high scores, except for the GC, automatically. I can't remember what the factory default is, but 1,000 seems familiar.

Weird, never knew this, but this must be set at one of the locations near me since GC scores stay up but the rest of them reset occasionally. I always thought the GC score somehow didn't reset when batteries were replaced. Oh well, free credits for me when the high scores reset I guess.
