Does anybody know if there is ever a need to tighten up the bookcase assembly ? The round disc that turns 90 degrees seems to have some extra play in it. If so how ?

Funny enough this schematic really helped me out. The shaft part #34 under playfield had backed out of the screw Part #38 above playfield ,which is internal of the bookcase causing the bookcase assembly to be very wobbly and uneven. After I figured out what was going on the repair only took minutes but the diagnosis hours....doooh!!!!
Sorry to resurrect an old thread but need some help. Was having trouble with my bookcase and looked underneath to find part 34 and the corresponding screws in the schematic above fall to the cabinet when I lifted playfield. Fixed that but now and getting multiple opto errors and th bookcase won't rotate in the test. Makes no sound likes it's attempting to either. I did find another piece that looks like part 13 in the schematic but I think it's a little bigger and it looks like that part is there so must be something else. Any ideas? Total noob at repairs so any suggestions appreciated
