That’s an odd one. Easy stuff how’s the ribbon cable between the CPU and driver board? It look original? Does reseating it make a difference? Trying to think of something easy to start with.

I’d suggest looking at the resistor board under the playfield that goes to the motor but I’m thinking your issue might be more “upstream” cause other coils are causing this.

Did you install any mods or work on something since you bought it? If something was wired wrong I’d expect to see this problem right off the bat.
