The only thing orange I see is on the right flipper switch near the bottom. It's a circle shape.

That little disc is a spark suppression capacitor.
The flippers on T2 are pre-fliptronic, which means they are essentially still electromechanical flippers.
The full flipper voltage passes through the switches closed by the flipper buttons on the cabinet, which is why they are high-voltage tungsten-button switches.
That little capacitor reduces the sparking when the switch closes and opens, which extends the life of the switch contacts.
