I agree with everyone here....Fix before replace but if you want or need to buy a new one, they are fairly common. Try...

Better fix them or get them fixed. I did a pretty detailed search and no one has them in stock. I modded one of your pics to show you where the pads look bad. You should be able to clean them up and flow some new solder.t2 insert light.jpg
See circled lights in red, look dirty and missing solder.
